Both the Homes and Communities Agency and the Greater London Authority are committed to delivering affordable homes across London. During the next 4 months they will decide how to push public finds into the development community in order to kick start London’s stalled schemes. Development site owners need to be ready so we have brought together a panel of experts to explain how public and private sector partnerships work in practice, where the opportunities are and how to deliver them.
Understand how to form agreements between the public and private sector, including the workings of Local Housing companies.
